All the terms and conditions to be followed and implemented by the Distributor associated with the BLS gramin eStore.
All the products supplied by the Distributors should be genuine and hold up good quality.
No scam of quality or quantity exchange should be run by the Distributor, if so Distributor found guilty would be prosecuted.
If the items sold include any perishable goods, it should be delivered freshly.
Products like cigarettes, alcohol, Tobacco Products and any other products banned by Central or respective state governments are strictly prohibited through BLS eStore App.
A proper receipt should be provided by the Distributor stating a proper balance/statement of the product purchased/sold.
Proper packaging of the product should be initiated by the Distributor to avoid any kind of damage to the goods.
There should be proper sanitization of the product before handling it to the agent/VLE.
NO product should be taken out for delivery without proper date and address or contact info.
As soon as the order is placed the local Distributor should try to send fresh products, No Distributor should compromise on the quality of food items.
Before packing the manufacture date, expiry date of the products should be checked by the Distributor.
There should be 100% authenticity of the products, Distributor must ensure the products are genuine and hold a mark of quality.
All Statutory requirements need to be fulfilled by Distributor like FSSAI/GST/Registration Certificate etc whichever is applicable to his business.
We don't allow distributor to supply counterfeit goods.
The replacement and return policy will be as per the arrangement with eStore VLE.
BLS gramin eStore App is only for the purpose of delivering goods to the rural areas, no VLE should use it for personal benefit.
No frauds or malfunction should be carried out by any VLE, if such actions come under notice there would be a legal action taken.
There should be no exchange or mishandling of the products.
There will always be a time limit for edible goods to be delivered; VLE should make sure the products are delivered in a proper span of time.
If the products out for delivery be late then actions would be taken against VLE, only a genuine case will be considered.
Replacing, replicating or duplication of the products is strictly prohibited by both Vendors and VLE. If held responsible strict actions will be taken.
The contact information of the consumer is only for the delivery purpose.
No VLE should try to contact or misuse the Information of the consumer, if found so they would be legally prosecuted under right to personal information.
There should be a proper receipt provided with the delivery package of goods to the consumer.
There should be strict professionalism while dealing with the consumer and the VLE should guide and answer the query of the consumers.
VLE carrying any sort of illegal activities will be prosecuted and their eStore would be dissolved.
A proper record of Transactions to be maintained by each and every VLE to avoid any confusions or mishaps.
VLE should ensure the product is been delivered to the person who ordered it / better to take a confirmation from the consumer.
VLE to hold utmost sincerity and honesty for the service.

The Digital Cadets/Delivery Boys appointed by BLS eStore VLE should be properly trained on Behavioral Skills in dealing with customers and also VLE need to take a police verification certificate of Cadet.
All Statutory requirements need to be fulfilled by Distributor like FSSAI/GST/Registration Certificate etc whichever is applicable to his business.
BLS eStore VLE will be responsible for Quality of Products, Quantity Of Products, Packaging of Products, Replacement Policy and Return Policy as per their local model. The same need to be communicated to customers.
VLE need to ensure they follow the guidelines of companies with whom BLS eStore Partners for Distribution through BLS eStore App.
Customers downloading the BLS gramin eStore App can use the app for purchasing the products and get them delivered to their home or take a store pickup as per order with their own willingness.
Customers need to check the Quantity and Quality of products while taking Delivery.
Customers need to pay After Taking Delivery of Products from the ordered eStore.
Replacement and Return policy will be as per the Local eStore only.
Customers can cancel Order before the status of order is turned into shipping mode in Order Checking Option.
BLS eStore operates only on Cash of Delivery Model (COD). At present, there are no Online Payment Options available in the App.
Delivery Charges are paid as per the local eStore Policy where customer is placing orders. Customers can check the delivery charges in app before placing the order.
The Supply of Goods will be as per the availability of the Products in eStore. BLS eStore has the right to cancel orders if the Products are not available or short supply. The same will be intimated to customers by SMS by Local eStore.
BLS gramin eStore is an eComm App Platform utilizing the BLS VLE network for building up an eCommerce Model using BLS VLE Network.
